Ross, Director of Business Operations

Age: 29

Skin Type: Normal

I am terrified of aging. I turn 30 this year so my overall skin strategy is to try to slow down the wrinkles, fine lines, and eventual sagging.

My philosophy is to splurge on serums and boosters with beneficial ingredients that are targeted to my specific skin concerns.

I promise I don’t work for Paula’s Choice even though it might seem that way to anyone I talk to about skin care but I have found her products work really well for my face and I like her thorough research.

Paula's Choice Radiance Renewal Night Mask - $36

Great overnight mask that I do about once a week. My face looks so good and glowy the next morning and I can feel it going to work as soon as I put it on.

Paula's Choice RESIST 10% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) Booster - $41

This booster really makes my skin tone more even. Applied at night, I add a few drops to my nighttime moisturizer.

I can tell my skin doesn’t look as even and bright if I go a few days without using this. It is pricey but it lasts a long time, you only need 2-3 drops per application and a single bottle lasts me at least six months.

Paula's Choice SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA Liquid Salicylic Acid Exfoliant - $29

My pores have never looked smaller than after using this. I use this every night after cleansing.

It also helps kill acne before it has a chance to reach the surface of the skin. No need to use a cotton ball or wipe, you can stretch this further by just putting a little in the palm of your hand and applying with fingertips.

Paula's Choice RESIST Anti-Aging Eye Cream - $33

The only Eye Cream I have ever used that actually looked like it was making a difference. This has anti-aging ingredients out the wazoo and helps brighten, soften and enrich my skin.

Olay Complete All Day UV Moisturizer, SPF 15, Normal Skin - $17.48 (2-pack)

Olay Complete All Day UV Moisturizer

This is a great basic drugstore daytime moisturizer that I consider a good bang for my buck. It leaves no residue and feels very clean.

This is the last step in my morning routine after applying Vitamin C serum. I wish it had more SPF, but I don’t spend much time in direct sunlight.

Stay tuned for more beauty favs from the rest of our team <3
