Q: What is your return policy?

A: We can accept returns and exchanges with a few conditions. Click here to read all about it! Please note Sale/Clearance/Mystery Box items and Seasonal/Holiday items (i.e. Halloween, Christmas) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Because our products are made to order, it could take 1-3 business days to produce and process your order. (Orders placed Friday may take an additional day)

 

Q: What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We will attempt to update your address if possible. We are not liable if the address was entered incorrectly so please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Tracking information will be sent to you via email when the package leaves our facility. 

 

Q: Why is my tracking number not working?

A: If your package is travelling internationally, it will take 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.

 

Q: My package was marked delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

A: Femfetti is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, it is up to the customer to contact their local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and have the missing package investigated.

 

Q: Why is my order taking so long?

A: Unfortunately, your package may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control once your package leaves our care. (ie. USPS transit delays, weather, holidays, etc.) If your package is taking an exceptionally long time to arrive, please contact us.

 

Q: I'm unsure of how a garment will fit me. Where do I find this info?

A: Every product has a size chart link within its listing. If you are unsure about the measurements in the size charts, please consider the following:

BODY LENGTH: (The body length is measured in a straight line from the highest point of the shoulder at the join of the collar to the bottom of the shirt.)

BODY WIDTH: (The body width is measured approximately 2 inches below the armhole point across the garment from edge to edge.)

Q: How should I wash my shirt?

A: To prolong the life of your shirt, turn the garment inside-out and wash it in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. If you have to iron it, turn it inside out and use a warm iron.
